Once the project has been selected the user will enter the main page and see two rows of icons above the selected document. These icons are used to navigate through the application.

Located above the viewer and document list frames are two rows of icons. This bottom tool bar which is right above the document being viewed, contains the following tools that assist with the current document being viewed. Starting at the left and moving to the right, they are zoom in, zoom out, best fit, rotate left and right, print page, annotate, view document text, view document history and zoom download a page or document, add a field, remove a filed, edit mode and group tagging. The tool bar at the top is used for project navigation. Starting from the left to the right, they are previous document, previous page, next page, next document, search, print, reports, home, logout, help, index view and saved search. For more information on each of these, please see our user manual.

Each icon has 'float over text' for easy navigation, so if you ever want to know what an icon does simply float your mouse over it for more details.
